Our Story

After her own personal experience of losing a close family member to cancer and facing the emotional and legal difficulties of her family member’s disability and eventual death, Ms. De la Cruz decided to leave corporate practice and focus on helping others through Estate Planning and Elder Law. As a mother of three young children and daughter of baby boomer parents, she understands the complexities and challenges of helping multigenerational families, like her own, prepare for life’s uncertainties while preserving a legacy for future generations.
